Refund Policy

We currently offer a 14 day 'no quibble' refund policy subject to the following conditions.
 
You must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the goods.
 
You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. The goods must arrive with us in the same condition as when purchased and in their original undamaged packaging.
 
You are responsible for the full cost of returning the goods.
 
We will issue a refund to you within 14 days of receiving the goods. We reserve the right to make a deduction from this refund, up to 100%, if the goods are deemed to have been devalued due to excessive handling while in your possession.
 
Items requiring assembly must not be assembled in any way or will not be accepted back. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any item is deemed to be non re-saleable.
 
Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.
 
Incorrect deliveries, damaged or faulty goods need to be reported to us within 3 days. We must be emailed images/photos and a description of the damage/fault within the 3 working days and before any return or refund is carried out. The products must be kept in the same condition that they were received and you must retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. If we receive the goods back with us and they are damaged due to them not being repackaged sufficiently in their original packaging we will charge you for the reduction in value.
 
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
 
We will not accept any returns (including damaged items) on self-assembly items which have been assembled. Please fully check your item prior to assembly.
 
We do not offer a full refund on items that have been made to order.
 
Gilbert & Rose will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by any couriers within your property.
